Stakeholder's Electronic Application for
Project Submission Form

Intermountain Conservation Camp

Dear Stakeholder:

This electronic application form is provided for your convenience to request crews from the Intermountain and Devil's Garden Conservation Camp for project work. A hard-copy application form is also availabe in Adobe format if you would rather download it and fax it to either camp: Intermountain Camp Fax (530) 294-5271, Devil's Garden Camp Fax (530) 233-5895. Use the "Quick Link" above to access the hard-copy form.

Your application will be used to complete a FC-32 Project Request Form. Once the FC-32 is completed, it will be returned to you for signature. You will need to complete a Letter of Understanding (FC-31) and Digest of Laws for all staff that will come into contact with work crews. These forms are also available under "Quick Links" above. They must be signed and returned to camp before the project is scheduled.
